Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to paid subscription access purchased through IndirectTaxIndia. Advisory, drafting or representation engagements, if offered separately, may have separate written terms.

Subscriptions

Users may request cancellation of future renewal access by contacting support. If automated recurring billing is enabled in a future release, cancellation instructions will be displayed in the customer account area.

Refunds

Because digital research access and tools may be available immediately after activation, refunds are generally limited to duplicate payments, failed activation after successful payment, incorrect charge amount or other verifiable payment errors. Refund requests should include payment reference, registered email and reason for review.

Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where possible, subject to payment gateway timelines and applicable deductions or charges.

Client documents, notices and case facts should be shared only through secure, verified channels. Public pages remain educational and non-confidential.
